Meeting with a Chiropractor for the First Time

This week I have begun to attend, what will be, a series of therapies to readjust my neck. June 25th I was in a terrible car accident, which left me with 4 herniated disks on my neck alone, and lots of discomfort mixed with some pain. It has been quite an experience and not in the best of ways. My experience is shared today on the blog, as well as some tips and advice when visiting a Chiropractor for the first time.
